Looking for investors in Virginia beach/Chesapeake area

Hey everyone, my name is Amanda and I am trying to get my foot into real estate investing. I was looking for investors in the Virginia beach/Chesapeake area to talk with, maybe share some ideas/common goals with, someone that could help a future investor out! I'm looking for people interested in purchasing homes to rent. The home could have minor fixes that's needed that I could do. Nothing major like remodeling kitchens, I do not want to start with a project so big. I intend to live in the house for about a year then rent it out.
