OPM networks?!?!?

Does anyone have some insight on how to get involved with an OPM (other peoples money) network for wholesale contracts? I've got several deals lined up but don't want to close on them without knowing I can sell the contracts after they've been secured. ANY advice would be amazing thanks for your time all.
