Double closing with multiple buyers

Hey guys,

I'm in the process of buying bulk REO's in Baltimore and wholesaling them, but I was curious about something. I wanted to know if you can double close with more than one buyer.

For example:

I buy 10 REO's and put them all under 10REO, LLC.

Is it possible for me to double close with 2 buyers where I sell 6 properties to one (60% shares) and 4 properties to another?

How would that work?

Or what is the best approach for this kind of transaction?
