Hello, you've reached Ryan DeLange. I'm sorry I've missed your call. You're likely calling about selling a home, so I want to let you know a couple of things. I'm not a real estate agent, so you won't have to pay any agent fees. You'll be paid cash, which can certainly make things easier. And, finally, you don't need to do any repairs, because I'll buy your home in 'as is' condition. So, please leave a brief message and I'll be happy to call you back as soon as I can. 

Oh, and also, if anyone in Tucson is looking to buy a wholesale deal in Tucson, let me know.  The downside is that I'm inexperienced and might not close a deal, but the upside is that you could be the first on my list!
