Traditironal Financing vs Non-Traditional Financing
Hello All,
I purchased my first investment property using traditional financing (Bank of America). I am considering some other options for my second investment property purchase. I know the market for financing has grown tremendously over the years.
Which do you prefer and why? What has your experience taught you? Where do you see the lending business going as it relates to property investment?
