Gidday there,

I live in Los Angeles and recently got my real estate license…coming from New Zealand, i can't believe the weather and lifestyle…anyway,  I hear a lot of fantastic stories  from around the country; purchasing of houses under 100k and so on. I can find nothing like that in Los angeles.

Having said that, i'm not a seasoned, savvy investor…if you were me starting out in LA, how would you go about establishing contacts and would you try to create a partnership with someone? Or would you perhaps seek a mentor…

A long and convoluted question i know, but i'm not sure where to start.

My 10 year goal is to be buying and holding and renting property. This is early days, BELIEVE ME!

I'll leave it at that for now!

See you and enjoy this great country… I do!
