Newbie looking for advise on how to market a home

I am trying to sell a Condo I bought at the top of the market and am slightly underwater on. For this reason, i want to sell it without a realtor. I posted it on Craigslist, and on Zillow. And i shared the link on my facebook, Any tips, marketing advise would be greatly appreciated. The condo is situated very close to a large university and it would be great for a student, or maybe a recent grad. Thanks so much for the help.
