Can one help in navigating through this forum.  I am a super user when it comes to reading user group forums on the internet.  They way these forums are organize makes it easy to navigate.  Typically, you'd find a wiki that gives general information so one would not repeated ask the same question over and over.  In addition, the subcategories are organized in a way that makes sense!

How do I look up information as to where to invest and what reasonable cap rates are?
