Closing cost credit

I did a search and there doesn't appear to be a discussion on closing cost credits, when selling a home.

I deal with a lot of 1st time homebuyers and it's pretty customary, in our region, to give a closing cost credit. I'd say the average is 2-2.5%. as we all know, fha has a ton of fees so it helps the buyer and they love having one of the nicest homes on the block with only putting 3.5% down.

anybody have to usuall give in to the closing cost credit? the cool thing is, they usually give a full asking price...just have to make sure it appraises out.
