So i have been doing residential investing in Miami for a few years now and have never done anything in commercial.  I was presented by a friend who wants to liquidate her fathers holdings ( with his approval) their family's commercial and residential properties in Norther Florida close to the panhandle. It is a combination of 10+ homes, 2 Hotels, 3 Apartments, a storage facility and 22 Rv Recreational spaces.   How would I go about selling this package or taking part in it. What would be the advised next step. I have the financials in front of me but want to know what the next step should be?
