MLS Issue
My house comes up on the MLS based solely on my zip code, which is not representative of where I live necessarily. The only reason I come up in the town I do is because when my subdivision was built years ago the local post office couldn't handle the added mail.
It's very frustrating when I'm being excluded from an area that is more desirable solely because of a post office issue.
Is there any way my realtor should be able to have my house show up in searches for my local area versus an area 15 miles away?
