Lately I've been getting inquiries from other investors about inquiries in regards to apartment buildings. It's something that I've looked into but not really inquired about. I wanted to know how can I find out who the owner is? How can I get the info on an apartment building in my local area. By the way I'm in Indianapolis,In. Thanks
