Metro area prices and bubbles?

Discuss your metro area prices and bubbles.

Sacramento (rough):

2015 median $250k

2004 median $250k

2005/6 median $400k (nearly doubled in the year + before the crash).

While we may be in a bubble now, all things equal, the sharpest increases to come should logically be between 2015 and 2016/17 (from median of $250k now to a peak of $400k+).  Further (if relative to stocks), the stock market increased 3000 points beyond its prior bubble peak.   RE median prices could increase substantially beyond prior bubble peak prices as well.  Imo we have a long way to go.
