I'm a newbie to REI and have recently acquired a wholesale deal in Wayne County, MI and already have a cash buyer to flip it to. My question is, what's next? Must I use the services of a RE agent or is a Title company all I need? The property was purchased with cash only, using my LLC and it is free & clear and I have the Warranty Deed for it. The buyer is a foreign investor and I'd like him to receive a Warranty Deed and HUD-1, as well. If all I need is a Title company, what will they require from both parties and I would appreciate recommendations for Title companies that are foreign-investor friendly and operate in the metro Detroit area. Thank you.
