hey I have a short sale deal in Lithonia and I would like some Advice from any investors that have done a short sale deal before I would like to know the process of a short sale and the strategies that can be done with a short sale ?

Please if you would want more info on the short sale send me a PM I need some Good Advice from Real Investors who have done these type of deals
