Hi everyone!! I am liquidating my last property in Colonie, NY.  I really need some referrals for property managers with strong tenant screening. This is not the typical duplex and if I do not sell in the next 60 days I will need to re-rent.  I live in Maryland so you can imagine.....Anyway, if you are an investor in the Capital District area please connect with me!
