Any experience with DPW properties turn key provider and St Louius property market?

Hi all,

I'm looking for turn key real estate investment. I come across DPW properties with buy-to-let SFH and MFH in St Louis. The net return is over 15% with mortgage which seems pretty good. Anybody has experience in this firm and property market in this location?
