Tips for starting a non MLS strategy.
Hey everyone,
I'm convinced that if I'm going to be successful in the long term, I can't rely on foreclosures or any other type of inventory on the MLS to purchase property. Does anyone have any tips on successful non MLS strategies?
For instance:
Do bandit signs actually work?
How about mailers?
Where do you get good lists of distressed owners etc...
Thanks!!
