Where Are You Investing in SoCal?

As I'm sure the discussion has been brought up in a few different forms, I would say, for the most part, we all agree that a bubble either exists, or is developing. 

As I look to broaden my areas of real estate research, I'm curious to what cities/zip codes SoCal investors are actively looking at locally? 

For me, personally, 9 0 0 3 2 is a city I am following closely.  

I continue to put offers in at prices I feel work for me, but no luck yet.
