Hubzu issues

I ran into problems at the hubzu site -- for example, you can enter your state broker license number to get an access code -- and they tell me wrongly that I am not licensed in my state.    So, I send them an email inquiring about that.   This is their reply:

"Thanks for contacting Hubzu Customer Care. This is an automated reply, but we’ll be in touch shortly. If you don’t want to wait, you’re welcome to visit our FAQs page. You might find the answer to your question there.

You’ll hear from us soon, so please be sure to check your Junk folder in case our response ends up there.

Thanks,

The Hubzu Team"

As you can see, they have a link to a FAQ page, but try clicking on it:   Under Construction.  They are the ones who sent me there.   Incompetence, again.

This sort of incompetence makes me reluctant to use their site, but I might give it a try.  My family is full of lawyers and I have an excellent real estate lawyer.
