Asking for closing costs on a multifamily investment property?
I am looking to put in an offer on a 4 plex today that is listed for $269,000. I am wanting to ask for 2% closing costs to help with the return, however I was recently told by a Realtor that this may look bad since it is an investment deal. Does anybody have any experience with this? Is asking for closing costs a good idea or bad?
Thanks for your time!
