First time investor need advice - SFH in Phoenix 85041

I am a first time investor and looking to buy my first rental property. I am currently in LA, I found a SFH in Phoenix, AZ 85041 that needs some TLC. I did my homework, the area seems to be okay, school is acceptable, rent for 3b/2b is around $800-$1000 depending on the condition of the house.

I was wondering, can someone recommend a property management company and contractor in that area? If the contractor can go with me to check out the house and give me an estimate of the repair cost, that would be great.
