Agents Networking in NYC

Hi BP,

I'm a new real estate investor who is looking to network with RE agents in NYC. I've partnered up with family to be able to finance my first deal. I've been calling properties that I see on Trulia/Zillows and the ones that have met my criteria have already been sold. Is there any agent that knows the market and is willing to work with me?

Here is what I'm looking for:

A multifamily property, either duplexes or triplexes, in either Brooklyn or Queens in a low crime neighborhood priced from $150,000 to $350,000. For its condition, I don't want to have to do any immediate major renovation. Minor cosmetic repairs are fine.
