IMO a deal is not a deal till its done.

I understand the majority looking out for the best interest of their company.  But where does the non company/business owners concept of a deal fit into the formulas of a deal?

IMO, nowhere.  We are just lead generators.  Unknowingly feeding fuel to deals on our terms.

I realized this sometime ago.  And act accordingly.  It aint my money. It aint my asset.  But i know where to find what you don't have and introduce you to that source.  And in most scenarios, that may be the only deal open.

For quite sometime now I have been trying to figure out how to make a public apology here to BP for more than half of what I post and move on.  Never thought twice about creating a new account....

My name is Marvin.  My life has not always been a champion of integrity, trust, and hope. The life I elect to remember is.  I can't apologize for who I am.  But I can and do apologize for being inexperienced to get to where I want to go.

In 18 months I have found buyers/sellers who have the wherewithal for me to obtain my first real estate goal, and I apologize to those I may have in appearance disrespected. Automatic defenses set in when someone directly or indirectly believes they are and know more than me and expect me to accept it as truth.

On that, I am wrong and apologize for.

The road to redemption requires a first step.  I have taken it.

Am open to any all suggestions
