Reliable property managers in high cash flow markets wanted!

Hi everyone,

I am new on the board and I am looking for recommendations from experienced bp members who have worked with out of state property managers and are currently having good success. So example you live in California and you have property managers in preferably Texas, Arizona, Florida, Colorado, TN, MI, etc.
