Large k-12 Charter School Being Developed Across Street
There is an old rail yard across the street from my property. Construction is just now beginning on a huge k-12 charter school.
Can't say I am too happy about the fact that someone decided it would be a good idea to include an entrance on my street(a small and fairly narrow residential street which does not need additional traffic).
My personal feelings aside, any thoughts on whether this will help or hinder the neighborhood? It's currently a pretty run down neighborhood of older homes from the early 20th century. Close to downtown with nearby signs of gentrification.
