WHOLESALE DEALS

Hello all,

I just put two deals under contract. A duplex for $98,000 and a single family for $100,000. I am currently experiencing some trouble locating interested buyers. The buyers whom contacted me were interested in properties with high ARVs. The properties are currently making money for the current seller. I was wondering if the prices are set are too high or am I missing some more detailed information about the properties??

Any veteran advice will be strongly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
