Attorney Fee for Lawyer-assisted Closing

in recent years/transactions, how much did ur local attorney charge (in total fees) for the closing?

how many units (SFH, or 50 units, or what?)

if buying/selling via a corporation/organization, were u required to use an attorney to close, or did an escrower do the trick?

anyways i just wondered as am enjoying finally not practically having to have an attorney  on each side  preside over every single closing!
