Found a new tool for my toolbox!

I should preface this by saying I'm a statistics junkie.

That said, I found the following website yesterday while trying to do research for properties in an area I'm not geographically knowledgeable in.

While I still want to dive in deeper, this was a great website for figuring out median incomes, median rents, vacancy rates, crime stats, school quality and pretty much any other information I might want to know about a city.

As always, your mileage may vary.
