Hey bigger pockets, I recently got a property under contract it's a single family home ran by style 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom 1160 sqft with a full size basement. The home needs a new kitchen, new bathroom, repaint interior/exterior windows and doors. ARV: $150k repairs:16k asking: $93k. My question was now that I've gotten this property under contract how do I go about selling this to a cash buyer? It's been on Craigslist for 1 day and I have gotten a few emails for buyers but non replied I
