Goodmorning,

How are Deficiency Judgments and the Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act effecting the amounting of short sales that are on the market and the deals that pertain to them with the sellers. I understand the basis behind both but have no been in the market long enough to know the effect they have had over the past 2-3 years. Any response will be helpful.
