Hey Guys i'm new to BP and investing, I have currently been involved in acquisitions for both commercial and residential for the past 6 years and have had a high success rate on the properties I have acquired for my company. After this long run of acquisitions I feel its time to branch out on my own and start my own company. I would be doing profit sharing with my current investors until i have the means to finance my own project using all cash, What i am looking for is just anyone in the Los Angeles Area willing to let me sit in on a full off Flip/Turn, I have the Acquisitions down and some project management experience just looking to fine-tune it and get as much experience and knowledge as I can before I dive in.
