Homebuyers

Hi everyone,

I am starting out, but as far as having an investor/buyers list, all I have are 2 investors/buyers. I don't think that will fly and so my goal is to have at least 10, preferably 15+. But I think 10 may suffice. The problem is that I'm having a hard time finding buyers here locally close to where I live.

Question: Does anyone know any cash homebuyers here in Homestead, Florida?
