Home Inspection Report? Help me interpret

I'm in the process of purchasing a place that was listed "move in" ready off MLS and just got the inspection report. Can anyone more experienced review for any glaring "deal breakers"?

A lot of it seems minor and stuff that I'd be able to repair... Roof shingles, molding, AC, appliances.  I feel as though I'm biting off more than I can chew thought because I have no boots on the ground except for my property management company and it may be too much for them to handle.
