Where to start/first deal
Ok, so I have been saving money while I get educated. Then out of nowhere an investor falls in my lap. It has laid at my feet the opportunity to get started sooner than expected. My ultimate goal is to own multi unit properties as a way to produce income. I'm fully confident that I am prepared enough to be successful. I'm curious what some of your experienced opinions are about where to start.
