The future of buying and selling houses...

There seems to be a lot of animosity among agents and brokers towards the zillow and trulia model.  Agents seem to fear the fact that they may get replaced by the internet and do not like the way they have to buy leads from sites.  They feel like their work is being sold back to them.

In reality, they aren't focusing on the user; the buyer.

The buyer doesn't care who got what from who, they are simply going to use the platform that they like the best.

I believe agents and brokers are going to be so focused on keeping the revenue they have that they will be mowed over by whatever the next major industry disrupter will be.

My question is, what do you think buying and selling houses will look like in the future?
