Driving for Dollars tagline

I'm printing off business cards to give to potential sellers. Front side has a picture of my lovely face, company name and contact details.

The back of the card needs a tagline to explain what I do. Right now I have-

'DO YOU WANT QUICK CASH FOR YOUR PROPERTY?

I buy houses in any condition, closing in as little as 10 days from contract acceptance.'

Is this appropriate? Can it be improved or elaborated on?
