Hello everyone

I was wondering if anyone here has worked with Mr. Herrick at Horizon Financial Group out of Dallas Texas.  He seems to have an interesting hard money program but I have not been able to find any reviews on the company.

     Really, the product is extremely versatile. It is a blending together of multiple lines of credit, many of which are reusable for 5 years OVER AND OVER AGAIN! Range of funds is anywhere from $50-$250K. Plus, the lines of credit are NOT tied to collateral.
