North Carolina reassignment contracts.
Hello my name is Evan and I'm in Raleigh NC, my question is having to do with the legal process of a reassignment contract in NC. Do you have to have an attorney or can you just go through the title company to complete the deal? I'm currently drawing up a business plan to execute my first deal this summer and I'm tying to fill in the gaps. Thanks in advance.
