Wholesale/Flip Mls deals?

By business partner is done with most of the steps and we will have MLS access very shortly. We are looking for some tips from those of you that successfully move MLS deals. Typically you aren't going to be wholesaling these. I imagine that normally you are going to be purchasing low and re listing. What tips/tricks can you give? I have the benefit with my DM that I am able to make a deal out of the solid majority of calls that I get. I imagine with MLS my actual rate of accepted offers will be lower. Do you find it more difficult to work with vs off market deals?
