MD Investor - the Legalese of Wholesaling
After extensive review of the forums here on BP, I am really scared into thinking I will need a license to wholesale. I have the following questions:
-Is wholesaling legal without a RE license in MD?
-If licensing is required, will a regular RE agent salesperson license suffice or does one obtain a Brokers license (lengthy application period)?
-Have any investors here ran into any issues in MD regarding this grey area?
THANKS!!
