A friend owns a luxury Condo in DR, how do I go about helping her sell it?

Hello, 

My friend has a luxury penthouse in DR. She wants to sell it, but it is not exclusive. She has two agents in DR trying to sell but it doesn't seem they are doing much. She said if I could sell it for her she will let me in on the deal. I am not an agent (license inactive), but I would like to know how I could go about doing this for her. Any laws I should be aware of? Please let me know.
