Moving from single family to multi-family

I have 7 performing single-family homes.  I enjoy doing the single family thing, but since I've been on the site and listening to the podcast, I've been getting more interested in multi-family.  I think I have people to approach as investors and am interested in trying a multi-family, but don't really know how to find deals or transition to Multi-family.  Any advice?
