Are there any investors here who are buying & selling properties outside the USA? I was an investor, mostly fix & flip in Arizona for about 8 years and moved to Panama 6 months ago. I have bought 2 properties here already and would like to sell one of them. Does anyone here have experience and/or tips for marketing internationally?
