Is wholasaling really right for a canadian investor in the U.S.?

I'm a canadian investor. I'm struggling to get my first wholesale deal. Is there a way for a foreign investor to wholasale in U.S. without being there? May I work remotely with a professionnal team to have a wholesaling done? Please, I need some advice. I appreciate in advance all your lightenings, Thanks
