insurance for a new llc issue

Good morning everyone! So we have our first multifamily under contract.  We have planned all along to use my wifes aunt for our insurance person.  We never mentioned that we were buying the property as an llc.  She informed us last night That her company would not insure an llc property until after one year, and that a lot of big companies were the same way.  Can someone tell me an insurance company I can use so I dont have to call dozens of places today?  Or would a broker be my best bet.  Thanks as always!
