continue to rent or sell?
Hi, I have been investing for cash flow and I have a tenent who wants to buy my house. The house has gone up $90 k & is expected to go up 10% or $25k in the next year. I expect 2 years minimum of an increasing market. The area is still rebounding with a strong rental market in a desirable area & school system with in a mediocre city. Cash flow is several hundred a month. Should I sell , hold or contract for something inbetween. Much thanks for your thoughts.
