Another article about Downtown Indy's appreciation

Holy Cross!  Another one of Indy's downtown neighborhoods.  According to Indianaposli Monthly the Holy Cross neighborhood has experienced 29% increase. While cash flow properties are extremely rare in Holy Cross anymore it is very possible to buy just outside of this great neighborhood.  If you notice in the article the community leaders plan to extend the boundaries. - Big opportunity.  Also take note of Angie's List's campus.  Currently set to expand by 1000 employees.
