Looking at commercial and industrial properties in Lancaster Pa. Does anybody know anything about the area? What  areas to avoid? Political climate towards business? Skill level of the blue collar population? (Mechanics, Millwrights, Machinists, Heavy Equipment Operators, Welders, Truck Drivers)
