Closing costs & Holding costs in Florida?

Can someone give me a over estimated costs of holding and closing for a 250k property. Some info:

Purchase price: 250k

Payment: All cash

It is a forclosed home.

Resale value: 325k-350k

Can you also please itemize the closing and holding costs so I can see exactly what it is I will be paying also?

I really appreciate all help BP
